The SINP provides that requests for data extractions whose geographical scope is regional or sub-regional should be addressed to the regional platforms of the SINP - in this case we invite you to contact the DREAL of the region concerned.
If the Regional SINP is not yet in a position to provide all the data shared on the regional territory, then the request can be addressed to the INPN by filling in the form.
The data made available by the INPN reflect the current state of knowledge and the availability of data. The National Museum of Natural History and the producers of the data cannot be held responsible for the use made by the user of the data transmitted.
The INPN, as a member of the SINP protocol, ollows the dissemination rules established in this framework.
Non-sensitive data are available with their maximum geographical precision when the producer has given his agreement. Otherwise, the data are available geographically blurred to the municipality and to the 10x10km grid.
Sensitive data is disseminated according to the resolution defined by the current national sensitivity list.
The use of the transmitted data is covered by the ETALAB OPEN licence authorising the redistribution of the data under the same conditions.
Data are transmitted to the maximum geographical accuracy available in the SINP (including sensitive data).
he use of the data transmitted is covered by the CLOSED licence of the SINP prohibiting the redistribution of these data to third parties and their reuse in other frameworks than the one specified at the time of the request (apart from any legal obligations, in particular in the context of the legal deposit of raw biodiversity data).
