Satisfaction survey

A satisfaction survey of the INPN users is performed every year.

The INPN user satisfaction survey's primary objective is to identify the different public users of the INPN, to better understand how the INPN data is used and to estimate the satisfaction of web users.

The analysis of the results of these annual surveys allows for monitoring of the satisfaction levels and requirements of web users over time. The results also help to direct future developments for the INPN.
