The James C. Parks Herbarium at Millersville University (MVSC) holds about 20000 specimens primarily from Lancaster County Pennsylvania. Here is presented, in digitized form, the full herbarium holdings as of 2020, entirely geo-referenced and photographed. The herbarium collection spans from the mid 1800s to the present day and primarily contains vascular plants. The collection includes many rare fern hybrids and forms collected by James C. Parks and Mary Emma Groff. The herbarium also holds the Mary Emma Groff and Mary E. Grebinger collection, notable for their contributions to Lancaster County Botany and the excellent quality of the specimens.
