Description

Heaths of southern and southeastern England, from east Dorset to Kent, dominated by Calluna vulgaris and Ulex minor, accompanied by Erica cinerea and usually by Deschampsia flexuosa, sometimes by Vaccinium myrtillus or Molinia caerulea; Ulex europaeus and Agrostis curtisii are uncommon.
