Context

Typologie des micro-habitats liés à l'arbre des forêts tempérées et méditerranéennes selon la publication de Larrieu et al. 2018. Cette table permettra de faire le lien avec des espèces présentent dans TAXREF, d'autres typologies d'habitats et des programmes comme FRISBEE.

Description of work

La table comprend les différents micro-habitats cités dans la publication de Larrieu 2018 avec un système hiérarchique divisés en 3 niveaux (1 = Forme, 2 = Groupe et 3 = type). Des définitions y sont associées ainsi que des tailles seuils. Des codes sont créés dans cette table (LB_CODE) pour chaque niveau de micro-habitats afin d'identifier les niveaux parents et pour créer le système hiérarchique. Le champ "Seuil" a été ajouté à HABREF pour cette typologie. Chaque micro-habitat est représenté en ligne. Certains intitulés de micro-habitats ont le même nom mais avec une hiérarchie différente et se calque sur la publication de Larrieu 2018.
