Description

Drier, more thermophile, swards of the lowland sub-Atlandic mesophile hay meadows of Western Europe and Central Europe, dominated by Arrhenatherum elatius, and with a species composition that includes Festuco-Brometea dry grassland species, in particular, Salvia pratensis, Bromus erectus, Ranunculus bulbosus, Dianthus carthusianorum, Pimpinella saxifraga, Plantago media, Galium verum, Euphorbia cyparissias, Linum catharticum.
