Description

Open lowland and hill rock debris swards of suboceanic climates of Western Europe and western and northern Central Europe, eastwards sporadically to the hills of the Pannonic plain, in which perennial grasses such as Poa badensis, Melica ciliata and Festuca spp. play an important physiognomic role.
