Description

Continental shelf waters of the boreal (temperate, subarctic) maritime zone of the Atlantic, including the North Sea, the Baltic, the English Channel, the Irish Sea, the Bay of Biscay, bordering the coasts of Scandinavia south of the Arctic Circle, those of the Faeroes, of the British Isles and of their outlying archipelagoes, and those of mainland Europe south to Galicia, and of

the Pacific, bordering the coasts of the southern Kuriles, Honshu, Hokkaido, Shikoku and continental Korea.
