Description

Very local willow thickets and tall brushes of the subalpine and montane belts of the western great Hercynian ranges (the Central Massif, the Vosges, the Black Forest, the Bayerischerwald) and of other ranges adjacent to the western Alps, in particular, the French and Swiss Jura and the northern Apennines, dominated by Salix pentandra, Salix appendiculata, Salix nigricans (Salix myrsinifolia) or Salix daphnoides.
