Description

Open or semi-open grasslands of fixed sands and dry ground of Atlantic and sub-Atlantic Europe dominated by perennial grasses such as Agrostis capillaris, Agrostis vinealis, Agrostis delicatula, Agrostis durieui, Agrostis castellana, Poa angustifolia, Anthoxanthum odoratum, Festuca filiformis, Corynephorus canescens, Calamagrostis epigejos or Carex arenaria, usually succeeding to formations of unit 35.23 or 35.21 and constituting a transition towards unit 35.1.
