Description

Very open grasslands of mobile or poorly fixed sands of Atlantic and sub-Atlantic Europe, dominated by Corynephorus canescens, sometimes by Leymus arenarius or Carex arenaria; most are dunal and enter in the composition of subunits of unit 64 (Inland dunes).
