Description

Tall-herb communities of the subalpine and lower alpine level of Corsica, limited to shady, strongly sloping corridors with prolonged snow cover and often with stabilized scree, formed by Adenostyles briquetii, Valeriana rotundifolia, Peucedanum ostruthium, Cymbalaria hepaticifolia, Ranunculus platanifolius, Aquilegia bernardii, Viola biflora, and often several fern species.
